Mr. Vasquez was born in Santiago, Chile and graduated from Catholic University in Commercial Engineering with post graduate studies at American University, in Washington D.C. He worked for the Government of Chile in the offices of Chilean International Trade and served as advisor for the United States, opening the market in the U.S. for Chilean made products, especially wine. He also developed a distribution network for Chilean handicrafts in the United States.

Mr. Vasquez is a passionate wine enthusiast, featured speaker at wine festivals and numerous wine appreciation presentations.
